 “Celebrating America's Health Centers: Turning the Vision into Reality” is the theme for NHCW.

Event Part of National Campaign Focusing on One of the Bright Spots of Health Reform

Gardner Health Services is marking National Health Center Week 2010 (August 9 – 14, 2010) (NHCW) with the community by giving free Blood Pressure/Glucose screenings and give-a-ways at all five Clinics. Refreshments will be generously provided for the community at the St. James Health Center by Mr. Andre Nguyen, State Farm Insurance on Tuesday, August 10^th from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.

Gardner will be conducting the free blood pressure and glucose screenings on the following dates and times:

CompreCare Health Center, Tuesday - Friday 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm at 3030 Alum Rock Ave, San Jose, CA 95127, (408) 272-6300
